Student Permit Requirements

a. Duly accomplished application for Driver's License (ADL);

b. Original and photocopy of birth certificate duly authenticated by Philippine Statistics Agency (PSA);

c. If below eighteen (18) years of age, original copy of parental/guardian's consent with original and photocopy of one (1) valid government issued Identification Card containing the signature of the consenting parent/guardian; and

d. Medical Certicate issued by any licensed practicing physician stating that he applicant is physically and mentally fit to operate a motor vehicle or otherwise stating his/her impairment.

e. In addition, for foreigners, original and photocopy of Passport and Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR), or if born in the Philippines, present original and photocopy of birth certificate duly authenticated by PSA.

Rules & Regulations

a. REMEMBER! Registration is valid for 30 days upon enrollment. Registration & course payments are NON Refundable.

b. IMPORTANT: Balance must be fully paid upon first day or start of Hands-on Driving.

c. Female chaperone for female students. No chaperone for male students. | Always bring your Student Permit or License and Official Receipt as proof of payment. NO documents NO Hands-On driving.

d. All students are required to wear proper attire and shoes. No wearing of short pants, sleeveless shirt, flip-tops and sandals.

e. Cancellation of driving schedule must be done a day prior to driving schedule.

f. No smoking and drinking liquor while driving. Intoxicated students are not allowed to attend their hands-on driving and lecture. | Use of cellular phone and other gadget not suited in driving are strictly prohibited.

g. The company reserves the right to cancel hands-on driving lesson anytime if irresponsible behaviour by the students driver put the safety of instructor, other people and training vehicle at risk.

h. WARNING! Firearms / Deadly weapons are strictly NOT allowed. Do not bring valuables belongings and jewelries during actual driving. The management not be liable for any lost belongings.
